Established in April 2026 in Spokane, Washington, the brand was inspired by a simple realization: the women who hold everything together rarely have a space dedicated to putting themselves back together. With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, Shira created Core Body Restore for the nervous system that never gets a break.
Led by Shira and a growing team, Core Body Restore offers premium wellness and recovery equipment, including saunas, red light therapy, cold plunges, massage chairs, sleep systems, and hot tubs.
